Hi, I’m Kelly, and welcome to the White Cape. This is a newsletter that I’ve been looking for, one that combines the interests of a 30-year-old woman, navigating the trials of new motherhood while discovering personal identity, progress, and joy. The theme of the content I will produce is centralized around the idea of home, building and designing and creating a space for comfort and growth of the structure itself, and the people inside.

About Kelly

As a marketing professional and expert in digital media, content, ad tech, and product development, I have been searching for the right platform that will allow me to share my story, document the expansion of myself over time, and continue to refine my craft as a writer. I recently turned 30-years-old and live in Northern Virginia with my husband, dog, and young daughter. I am a former marathon runner, a highly active person, and enjoy home design, gardening, spending time outdoors, reading, writing, and cooking. I will share a good mix of all that, plus some recent things that are taking up space in my mind, big and small.

The White Cape will be a way to tell my story as a person, while hopefully resonating with the readers on this platform. I intend on sharing the challenges, wins, and fun that I discover in my life, and hope to find connection with others along the way.

The information I share here will be vulnerable and intentional, and will come entirely from me. Any information I share that includes other people, especially my husband and daughter, will be from my perspective alone.
